We were introduced to Kristin through a mutual acquaintance when we were looking for a smaller sized property management company that would look after and manage bookings for our holiday home in Mt Maunganui. We had used larger holiday management companies before but were seeking a more personalized boutique company and Time in a Place seemed the perfect match.
Right from the moment we met Kristin we had a strong sense that she would look after our Bach as though it was her own. We asked for a three month trial but after the first few weeks of managing a few bookings we knew we had found the right person. We have never had any reason to doubt Kristin’s ability to manage our home.
Her team of cleaners are brilliant and our Bach is always immaculate, Kristin is always on the ball with queries and questions that we have and guests are always happy with the service that she provides. She is very professional and friendly not only to us but more importantly to our guests. Kristin’s three month trial was never questioned.
